Today is our last day and we are ending our stay on a high note. We are in complete agreement with prior comments of this hotel and its potential to become a very luxurious hotel. Being native from the Huasteca, I have a better understanding of the obstacles to achieve so, however, the quality in the service compensates a few things to improve in a facility that reflects the effect of the pandemic and the local circumstances. Needless to say, the service was up to the standard of luxury. We were so unlucky to start our stay with bad weather and therefore, spend more time in the rooms, resulting in a few things to fix. The moment we reached out to the front desk about it, they addressed with no excuses and great attitude of service. Therefore, I would always suggest to any future guests to feel free to speak to the staff and I am sure any matter will be resolved. We truly appreciate the kindness and level of service offered. The food is fairly priced in comparison to European standards and the flavors made me feel like home, with high quality local ingredients and a very particular touch on the simplest things like tortillas and salsas.
Great place to come visit and stay at the food at the hotel was Amazinf and excellent customer service will definitely come back agian.
To start, there is free parking for guests, and the view was great from the 3rd floor. There is an indoor & outdoor restaurant, and the food was amazing. The rooms were very clean. The staff was nice & hospitable. Would strongly recommend.
I got the king size bedroom with the privarte pool. Beach front view. Ac works great and service is excellent
Decided to stay here while visiting playa Miramar and man was I happy with my choice. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The room which came out to over 500 bucks for the 2 nights I was here was worth the price. I had the king suite with ocean view and personal swimming pool. They restaurante attached to the hotel is also very good ask for Elias! He made my experience amazing and always looked out for me every time I came to the restaurant, great service and great gentleman. Will definitely be back.
